Carson City Michigan Sparrow Network is terrible. They take away services offered. I had a DIT Physical done there before. Now, NONE of the Doctors there perform DOT Physicals. Worthless local hospital and system.
RecommendedFrom the time I entered to my exit they were welcoming & caring.
They have sent emails around to their employees stating that they won’t be notifying anyone of covid exposures, not patients, not staff. They say they will let the health department decide. The head of Ingham county Health department does not take these exposures seriously. She referred to these concerns as misinformation and rumors. This is why Covid is spreading like crazy.
RecommendedSparrow Urgent Care was friendly efficient and very professional. The entire staff was exceptional and the doctor had excellent bed side manners.
RecommendedWe just moved here from Illinois. My dad needed to refill his meds but we don’t have a doctor for him yet. We were recommended to go to the Fast Care and they were EXTREMELY helpful. My dad was very pleased with the individual he saw. She put most of his medical history into their system and helped him to get the meds he needed. Thank you!

RecommendedThe staff here was super friendly and attentive. They got us right in and back and the dr was in right away. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable. The office was also very clean and sanitized!
