HGB Urgent Care is a joke. Pay to be seen, doctor misdiagnoses you, and not even 48hrs later you get into a REAL doctor who diagnoses you correctly, so you have to double pay. Patients shouldn’t have to suffer because of incompetent nurse practitioners. It’s ridiculous.
I would never recommend this hospital. I went to the er due to some severe and frightening reactions to an IUD I had recently gotten. When I got to the ER the doctor was rude and completely disregarded my concerns. He treated me like I was a mental health patient and tried to admit me to a psych unit. He didn't even care about my symptoms. I got upset and was crying after he told me about a possible psych evaluation and after a bit a family member picked me up and I was allowed to go home. RecommendedSmall medical bump today in my world, so I went to HGB urgent care at their new location. The staff was amazing! Not only with my treatment, but they also gave Annika stickers for being so helpful and patient!
I would not recommend this hospital. My boyfriend went into the er with 3rd and 4th degree burns on his foot. They didn't do anything for him!! They should have prescribed him an antibiotic and a burn cream, but didn't. When he was ready to leave, he had to ask for gauze to wrap his own foot in order to go home, they couldn't even do that. Smh
i had to have surgery and the staff was soooo amazing amd went above and beyond to help me stay calm while my husband and kids waited in the waiting room. they kept rwlaying messages to them and was very informative. and had some good laughs :) 5 stars for sure
They care about their patients and it shows
I recommend them but the online urgent care sign in is ridiculous, it didn’t jump you ahead. Was supposed to be seen at 11, it’s now almost 12pm, you might as well do a walk in. Ridiculous
Kind of hit and miss on the experiences that I have had. A few months ago I was there for some lab work and imaging and the staff was amazing. A while back my husband was there after being sent over directly from his doctor’s office for a stat test and after waiting in the lobby for a long time we finally found out that the department that was doing the test wasn’t even open for another hour. Then who at HGB told his doc that it was ok to send us there?
I have known of at least 2 people now that they have misdiagnosed or dismissed and the people have died....I would not recommend them for a dog....good job hgb at being the worst hospital.
