The whole hospital is slow. Unhelpful staff. I went to the 4th floor and there is no one around. The staff that came through can’t help and claim they don’t work on this floor. I’m told by the staff that the monitors for the cardiology surgery’s is non-trustworthy. I have been stuck here for 5 hrs and no one can answer anything.

RecommendedWe visited Sparrow Urgent Care in Grand Ledge today. The visit went very smooth and the health care workers and doctor were very professional and great with our toddler. When going, I highly recommend using their online check in.
RecommendedI want to thank the Sparrow Health System and their exceptional work on Covid-19 testing...especially at the Frandor Drive-Thru test facility. I test on a regular basis because of my contact with the public and have always been greeted by a friendly masked face and quick and efficient testing. Always impressed with the speed of test results. Love the #MySparrow online system. Congrats Sparrow...keep up the great and important work.
