My father purchased a vehicle from this dealership. During the hustle and bustle of moving between cars and trading his in, he left his cherished CDs in the car he traded in. These were years of CDs he's been given and collected. We've contacted 3 people at the dealership by phone and email and no one has even gotten back to us. Our sales experience was great all three times, service on the other hand comes somewhere below fast food. No loaner available when my daughter's brakes went to heaven due to a design/assembly defect (recall for this which we had no knowledge of until we had no brakes) and then service lost the car......only to find it in the parking lot with the keys inside hours later, where it had been for three days- make sure you have theft coverage before calling the Dodge tow truck, they don't understand the concept of night drop for ... read more

I highly suggest buying a car from this establishment! They make the process easy and quick. The collision center on the other hand is below standard. I chose this dealership for bodywork and repair. Bad idea. They seem to be very unorganized and the employees are not on the same page. I do not have experience with routine inspections, oil changes, etc. Hopefully they are more organized with the smaller tasks.. The car sales is the only reason I'm giving this establishment a fair review.

I had the most AMAZING buying experience here! From the time I walked in the front door until I pulled of the lot with my brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade. Scott Webster made my first buying experience the best it could have been. Everyone that I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, welcoming, and had great energy. I just want to thank you guys for making my first buying experience phenomenal. This will be something that I will appreciate and remember for life! Thank You!

Service needs to be improved. Never waited this long for air in my 4 tires. 2 hours??? Really. We left. The nitrogen is an unnecessary item I never wanted. Went to nearby tire store. Immediately topped off with air. Called on phone last week to service never got a return call. Time to get service elsewhere.
