My 3rd purchase in 10years I live way in Newnan and I passed by other Dodge dealers everyday headed to work theirs one 15min from my house but I rather drive 72 miles just for service Why? ain't never had a problem and they can be trusted and I assure you that you will be treated like family.
I bought an extended warranty in 2008 for my Aspen. (best car on this planet) I was astounded when I took it in because my check engine light was on, and the major work that was done, was almost completely covered under the warranty. Yeah for that. My favorite person at Hayes is the cashier, who's been there since I bought my car. She had laryngitis, but she was still as pleasant as she could be, and she always is like that. She deserves a gold star for awesome customer service.
the service for a oil channel is getting bad. can't even put the right date on retjrn5 date for oil change right .1/15/17 .
At the last minute I needed to have a car looked at. The service team at Hayes went out of their way to get my car inspected as soon as possible. Each person I dealt with was so nice, very caring, professional, personal and made me feel welcome - I had never been there before. They went out of their way to give the best customer service ever. Anytime I Come In Here For Service, No One Ever Acknowledges Me. They Make Eye Contact, But I Never Get A Hi Or Hello Or Anything. No One Stops The Conversation They’re Having Or Look Up From There Desk To SAY Anything. They Just Look & Continue Doing What They’re Doing. I Just Stand There Until They Get Tired Of Me Standing There Looking Awkward Waiting For Someone To Help Me. I Always Feel Outta Place Here, If I Didn’t Have The Free Oil Change Package I’d Be Going Some Where Else.
