Came here today for an oil change. It's usually good services. Today I get there around 2:20p. A young lady with brown hair comes and assist me. I wait..I wait some more..about a hour into me waiting, I see my car pull up in the front. No one even bothers to come and get me to recieve my car.! Bought an F150 here. Used. Truck is great. But that's only such a small part of customer service. Guess how many times they've called to thank me for my business, ask how things are going, or ANYTHING? NOT ONCE.

My husband and I have had a horrible time with your service department. A few months ago we got a recall for our 2015 journeys navigation system. The first time we took it in the computer was down. The second time supposedly it was "fix/updated". We got in the car and it wasn't fixed at all. We've tried many times to get it in and no one will return our calls. Have Chrysler 300 SRT. the carbon fiber inserts (trim) on the dash has happened 3 times now and came back today and refused to repair. States now.it is out of warranty but was originally in warranty when this started. Their adhesive heats up and it falls off. Would never ever buy a Chrysler again. You lost some great business. I was a big fan til now.
BEWARE!!! My sales person was fired for trying to rip me off and it's been downhill ever since. We were given horrible customer service after that and instead of apologizing, they acted like it was our fault and kept throwing it up in our faces that we "got a good deal". This happened on February 26, 2016. It's now April 29, 2016 and I still don't have a title or a tag. I've called every day. No one is helpful. No one is nice. No one knows what's going on. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING! This place is fraudulent and extremely deceitful! The sales & finance managers will tell you anything and have no problem insulting your intelligence. They lie, deceive and disregard repeat customers. I bought from them 3 years ago and had a great experience. I recommended 5 customers who all purchased.
