This was my second routine service on my new Chrysler 300 both time service was great the wait time is normal to be expected and service with a smile so hopefully this will continue to be my go to dealership to keep my baby in tip top shape. Thanks
We drove nearly 200 miles to this dealership to get my husbands dream car. Their price on a new charger could not be beat in Alabama where we are from. Have to say that I am truly impressed. The staff, salesmen, and financial services are top notch.
We are to our final phase of living the rv life and dream. We have looked for 4 months to find the perfect jeep for us. Thursday night we went through USAA to find that perfect jeep. We got pre-qualified and reached out to this dealer. They had the one. He said ok we'll see you on Monday. Never said we'll need a deposit to hold or anything. Tried to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee here but the sales person did a bait and switch. We negotiated a price and when I came to pay for the vehicle the agreed price was not honored. I took that deal to Gwinnett Dodge and they took the same deal no problem. Decided to give Hayes a chance on service because it is close to work, but that was a mistake too. Very unfriendly.
