David was extremely helpful. He got my car in when promised and done when promised.
Here's what they do online : advertise things for the wrong price and then back out of sales. Never deal with this place!
They serviced me well and called me when my car was done and ready to be picked up only issue was I guess they don't do courtesy wash I guess they don't do them or you gotta get major work done to your car then they loaner cars are through enterprise I didn't really like that because you have to pay 15.99 for some waiver for damage but you don't get it back if no damage was done to the car
Absolutely the worst service department ever and the worst customer service reps. My husband's trucks have been in for service numerous times, and the repairs take way too long without any updates from their service department. The customer always has to follow. Currently, they have had our truck for 2 weeks (took 4 days before they looked at) and now they are waiting for parts. Guess this dealership has never heard of overnight shipments. I have to say that to any USAA member, veteran , veterans family, general public, you would do yourselves a favor by coming to this dealership and asking for former Marine, Bob Hughes! He put up with a lot to get us the best deal, but more than that the best experience EVER buying a car. I've purchased two vehicles from HCDJ with the first car I bought from them in 2006. I have ALWAYS had the very best service from this dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a high quality new or used vehicle. The customer service in the service department is above all. I love this place!!!
