Dealt with the Chevy dealer, was rudely treated by manager who because he couldn't make a deal , felt it was ok to talk down to me . And hang up on me after telling me to let him talk . If you don't have perfect credit you are treated like dirt. Also ran my credit thru almost 5 banks without talking to me.

This was dealership #4 for my wife and I. Needless to say we were tired of playing games, after a few moments with Bob I quickly realized that we are going to be treated with respect and treated fairly! Once I initialed the price we want and on the terms we would not negotiate on....he made it happen! I am very happy with my Dart Rallye! Thanks to Bob and the whole crew at Hayes!!

Horrible service department!
I just bought my beautiful Nissan Maxima from Hayes this past weekend - I have to say, I was blown away by how great the service was here! I worked with KJ Morton, Nubian Holmes, and Joe in the finance office and they made the process very simple and enjoyable. These guys are great! I would definitely recommend this dealership over all others. Thank you guys so much!
I want to thank Dion Gilbert for his wonderful service in helping my husband find our 2014 Chrysler 200 Touring. My husband told me he was s very helpful and not pushy at all. We have been to many dealerships before and some salesmen would try to turn us toward cars that just weren't for us but not Dion he made sure we got an affordable family car and it fit our budget.
