Room booked and paid for king bed. Front desk tried to downgrade me not okay but after 15 plus minutes got the room I paid for heavy construction at 6am??? Would not stay or recommend this establishment

I find it appalling you would invite someone responsible for the murder of a police officer as one of your guest for one of your events even if he was the lead role in a movie. So many other actors could have been chosen as one of your celebrities. Not knowing he was a responsible is a mediocre excuse and if whoever is responsible did know about this it’s even worse. A good recourse would be to recant the invitation to such a person.

Terrible service. Lost luggage and then after husband went down to speak with the Bell Captain Stefan, found the ticket in the trash!!! No one listens or cares about the customer. Never again and will make sure to TRASH them, like they did my ticket luggage to all who dare to visit this awful place!

We almost had stuck in an elevator and people were smoking weed on the hallway .
