I just wish they would turn the air conditioning on. It feels like it’s 90 degrees in here. Very uncomfortable tournament to play in.
Horrible hotel with thieves for emoloyees. My coat, AirPods, State ID and keys (what the hell are you going to do with my keys?) were stolen from the closet of our room. I filed 2 lost and found complaints and called numerous times only to be told nothing can be done. I will never return back to this hotel.
At the pool bar watching for over two hrs the staff and bartenders constantly cleaning! What a amazing staff. Food reasonably priced and healthy portions. No need to leave this pretty place
Had a wonderful experience at Harrah's but unfortunately it ended on a bad note due to incredibly rude staff at Caffe Tazza - our last stop before heading home. When I requested a manger was surprised to find out the person I was dealing with WAS the manager and simply walked away from me. Such terrible customer service. People skills training highly recommended.
Room 36093 on March 7, 2020 from 11 pm on... loud music and loud people having a party, and the room smells like weed! Omg I had to call security three times to get them to stop, but they just kept going. I asked to switch to a different room and front desk refused. I will never go back here again.
Great buffet rooms are great winning lots of money
Everything was fine until I got an unexpected 6:30 am wake up call by a crew drilling and hammering in the room next to me. To bad Facebook won’t let me upload the video so u can hear it.
