I booked my stay via web (6 of us) 3 separate rooms. As we got there and went to check in they didn’t have our reservations. Instead of Harrah’s people find out what happened they made us make phone calls to where we’d booked the rooms, which took a very long time. To make it short we got there at 8pm. Didn’t get into the room until 11:50pm. Ps..we were told if we didn’t have it resolved by 11:30 they couldn’t guarantee us the rooms...also one of the rooms were to be ocean view (we paid more for it). It wasn’t available. VER... read more

Booked a room for 2 nights back at the end of November. We booked for March 29th and 30th check out on the 31st. The resort is now closed those days (which I understand ) what was bad on their end they never sent an email or called to let us know that our room was canceled. I called to see what was going on after I saw stuff on social media about A.C shutting down. Only after I contacted them did I find out they were closed until April 3rd. March 11th, 2020, I went to shuttle services and waited for a shuttle to ask the driver when the shuttle ran and if they had a lift for my mobility scooter so we could go enjoy Bally's later that night. The driver was driving a short white bus and said that shuttle did not have a working lift, but at 3pm onwards, there would be a big red shuttle that had a working lift. This hotel used to be my least favorite of the Caesar chain. Maybe because it’s on the island, but they have been making some great changes. Also restaurant, the book is a cute addition, and the revamped rooms are awesome.
Got food poisoning at the NJ Electronic Life Safety Association Annual Symposium. Held 3/11/20 - 3/13/20
Every place smells like cigarette smoke. even the rooms. I had to wash everything when I got home.
