My family and I stayed there this weekend the room was terrible the one queen size bed was broke and the air conditioning didn’t work the room stayed hot I will never stay there again
Rugs in casino need cleaning stains in hallway. like they were from an animal . Dont stay at the harbor tower pretty much outdated. Bayview and water tower are a tad bit better
I never got a players card. The line was so long and only the diamond and platinums could get cards. I am handicapped. I stood for 20 minutes and the line never moved. I gambled with no credit for it on this visit.
All ok except for the life of me what’s with all the dogs. KEEP THEM HOME AND AS FOR HARRAHS BEING OK WITH IT YOUR NUTS. PEOPLE ARE ALREADY COMPLAINING ABOUT ROOM QUALITY. HOPE YOU REALIZE SOME PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC.
Sink leak water! The lines so long with one staff. Beautiful layout lots of stuff to do, very very expensive 5 dollars for a bottle of water, 250 for a bags of 50 cent chips. Have to be careful because a lot of weirdos but security was excellent. Phone service sucks and you have to pay for WiFi .
Very clean, immaculate. Friendly Desk Staff, security, and the rest of the staff.
The beds were horrible and the pool after dark, the service was horrible. Had to go to the bar twice to order food the young man that was serving at the pool area walked past us about 30 times with another server doing absolutely nothing. So I go back to the bar and the man behind the bar said that the server had taken our order already so I kindly let him know the sever walked passed us about 30 times...minimum. Just wasn’t pleased at all.
