HUGE Cock roach in the pool....empty coke bag on the bathroom floor in our room (thank god we didn’t have our 2yr old with us) dog pissed on the floor of McCormack and smicks restaurant..TWICE!

Worst hotel stay of my life..
Very disappointed that the buffet has done away with crab legs. They reduced the price $5 but no more crabs. At the very least they should tell you prior to entering that they no longer have crabs. Now, for an additional $25, you can by one whole lobster. Not very large though. I was told by a server that the price of crabs went up dramatically so that is why they did away with them. My suggestion would be charge $35 for the buffet as it is now and an up charge of $15 if you want all you can eat crab. Probably won’t be back ... read more
This was my first time visiting. We stayed in a comped room in the Bayview Tower and it was lovely. The room was spotless and very well accommodating. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The hotel was bright and spacious. I even won a little something on my first two spins! I enjoyed my stay.
Very nice place to go and enjoy.
