Given OLD rooms in Waterfront tower. Whole building smells musty. Terrible front desk personnel who first checked us in w adjoining rooms then apparently gave away the one we were waiting on to be cleaned. Also, “lost” my bags that were supposed to be picked up and brought to bus. Finally ‘found’ and brought to us at bus just in time to leave. Was given the run around re: $90 in credits my husband and I were entitled to but NO ONE would claim responsibility as to who could give it to us...making us come back an hour later at... read more

I had a amazing time I relaxed so much the food was awesome I will be definitely be coming back here again .
we couldn't check in until 5pm. that was ridiculous.

Out 200 dollars because they refuse to refund me or even offer me some sort of credit for cancellations due to my daughter and husband being sick. Never again
the best in Atlantic City to had a ball
Stains on the floor, people smoked in the room to the point there is nicotine drips that have not been cleaned. Shower was hot with great pressure and bed was clean.
