We stayed the weekend of the bassmaster classic. They were sponsors of. We did receive a discount for this reason. But the only thing they sponsored for their patrons was the free boat. You played to receive entries to try to win. No shuttle to the expo. ..the tournament was not broadcast. ..Would have been fairly easy as we watched it on the Internet ourselves. ..At check in the gal there was 2 faced. .We brought in a plug in cooler. I have one of the worst experiences and a part of it had to do with a gaming floor manager named Long claiming he doesn't have a supervisor and threatening to call security if I kept telling my story to my friends that were at the poker room claiming I was disturbing the tournament area. We were waiting in line to sign up for a poker tournament which the registration was about to close but the cashier was very slow and didn't know what she was doing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They won't let you enjoy your time here at all. They watch every move you make when you drink and try to have fun. 11 of us girls went for a bachlorette and they watched us the whole night and tried to cause a scene with us. They were disrespectful from check in to checking out. We left and found a different place to stay. The Holiday Inn downtown treated us 100x better than they did and we got to hang out in their bar all night and have a blast! I'm just warning anyone that plans a weekend here, DONT... read more
I am going to take this opportunity to thank the staff here! They are always gracious and polite and treat me and my service dog with the utmost compassion and respect. I have NEVER been harassed about her, one time and some of the staff even remember her name. We have been to the enemy casino several times and not one time did I get out of Osage without someone harassing me over my dog. That's a tiny crappy casino compared to Hard rock.
