Over 11 years ago I walked out of Creek nation casino and never looked back. Today I threw my multi-platnium card on the floor of this trashy place. They will never get one more red cent from me. You would think as much money that i spend in that place I would get better free play than no free play! Bunch of goddamed junkies and bums there anyway.
We stayed Saturday, August 13th for my husband's company (Sysco) banquet. It was great! We both noticed how friendly all of the staff was - we were greeted by every staff member we saw. The food at the banquet was really good too. The room was very comfortable and the decor lots of fun. The added touch of classic rock playing when we entered our room and the guitar shaped chocolates on our night stands was also a nice touch. Thanks for the great experience. We will definitely be back!

We usually stay two to three weeks at a time, my husband is disabled, has to be in a wheelchair so he can't carry our luggage around. It took front desk 55 min to figure out were too put us . The attendant who was pushing the luggage cart around sat us down in the waiting area, said he would check back on us every few minutes, that it was way too busy for him to stay and not help ppl up front. Won a complimentary in the suite towers let me tell you this room is AWESOME
I gave it 5 stars simply for the security staff. I dropped my phone in a grate in the parking lot that was super deep and they went to great lengths to help me retrieve it. Wonderful people!
Rewards are full of shit....says you're playing on the house on slots but watch the amount of money you put in...they take it too. Very shady!
Hard Rock casino isn't entertaining. Been playing there off and on for 3 years now, in hopes that maybe one day they'll payout. They'll take $100.00 from you in 10mins. Where's the entertainment in that? Now, Siloam springs WILL let u play. I don't win everytime, but that is expected. They need to make money too. Siloam springs buffet is good and a good price. Nice place. Lots of different games. Drinks at the bars were really expensive and it was hard not to get lost but the buffet looked awsome, we were able to park close, each of our group was able to find their game of choice, and we left happy
