Clean casino, friendly staff, great hosts and great games.
We always enjoy the experience at Hard Rock Hotel! It has ambiance and the rooms are modern and always comfy!
Very nice hotel! Beautiful inside, nice clean rooms. I've been here twice and stayed the night both times. Only thing I can complain about is they have very, very tight slots... :( If you do gamble there Good luck!
It was great but they didn't really enforce the areas of no smoking by the convention rooms.
An amazing experience. Great parking, easy exit when the concert was over. And above all the concert was amazing.
Terrible food, staff is mostly sad and rude, free pop is good, but served in a baby sized cup. Too much smoke for 2016. A pretty gross place.
Well considering someone kept trying to come in our room at 2am and we were in a suite very disturbing. Then the plubming was awful Everytime you ran the water or flushed the toilet it sounded as if the pipes were breaking. And third the Bug in the bed when we turned the bed down. I have emailed them about this, and messaged them on FB and received nothing but I will let management know. That was 2mnths ago. I have sent other messages asking if they have said anything and have received Nothing. Seriously they don't care.
Too much smoke if it had a smaller smoking section and a live band in the smoke free zone that would be amazing
Absolutely loved this place and enjoyed our visit :)
