Spent a night at the hotel for a girls night out with my sister. Room was nice but could hear toilet running all night then kick on multiple times to refill tank. Our view out the window was a wall or another part of the building. Was very disappointed in the buffet. The selection was limited for the high price we paid. The cakes, pies and canollis looked amazing but NOT impressed with taste and textures of them.. Also we had to hunt down employees talking and cleaning floors to refill our drinks. Attended the Bad Company concert and booked a room.Staff was very friendly.Major complaint was the rude ,loud ,guests going to their rooms at 1:30 a.m. and being loud until 3:45a.m. Would not recommend if looking for good nights sleep.

I don't know how to rate my stay but , here goes. The pool was horrible . I've stayed in Biloxi twice this summers so I expected to see the same type of pool I wanted that last summer experience lets get to the room : they told us There was no difference in the two towers. Guess what there is I was very disappointed in our room. I thought again that my room would be awesome like the rooms in Biloxi , but I was wrong. I've stayed at the Cherokee in West Siloam many many times and my room at the hard Rock was not even as nice ... read more
The food is great and the help is awesome and the rooms are clean.
We stay usually twice a month, it's a comfortable atmosphere. We always have a lot of fun while we're there!
We had a wonderful time. The rooms were great and dinner at Toby Keith's was very good and the barmaid Ashley was very nice. We will go back
Great rooms, great time, great experience. Will definitely go there again.
