Had a great experience with the hotel. McGill's was awesome. We had a terrible experience inside the casino. We were playing on a machine and had an attendant come up and ask us to get off the machine. He stated they needed to service the machine. We were surprised, looked at each and another attendant came up behind us within seconds telling us we needed to get off the machine. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went with a group of friends and we were treated terribly. Was told they couldn't find the reservations and expected us to just leave. When I showed them the confirmation emails, they said that couldn't have happened. Even said they didn't have any rooms available because we weren't high rollers or dignitaries. This place kicks ass! Best casino in the state. The craps game with cards as opposed to dice went smoothly and they didn't mind if I screamed when I hit a hard eight or hit the royal match in blackjack. YEEEEAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!
The hotel has Vegas style and class and the staff are excellent they must have been Vegas trained I didn't win a lot but I had fun I would recommend this hotel & casino
We make the 2-hr drive from NW Arkansas frequently for concerts and overnight stays. It's our favorite venue, and much prefer The Joint over the BOK and even The Brady and Cain's. Toby's restaurant never disappoints. We've always found the hotel check-in staff to be friendly and helpful. Neither of us are compulsive gamblers or feel a need to feed the machines, so sometimes we don't waste a dollar in the slots. One of the worst casinos!! I have never in the 5 years of coming here won. I stop on my way back from Tulsa and hope my luck changes. Tonight was the last straw. I played a fish game. Went into the bonus 4 times and won the minimum amount all 4 times. I was betting max bet. This is a rip off casino. They are in debt and taking it out in their customers.
I have just experienced Las Vegas.... I spent time there bragging on Hard Rock in Tulsa, and other Oklahoma Casinos! I don't win every time, but it's a VERY CLASSY atmosphere and we nearly always have fun!!! Way to go Oklahoma!!!
