I don't understand how the security staff can let in a known pick pocket and then not take care of their customers when something happens. Especially when the theft is clearly on tape. "We can't find him" after walking the floor should result in repayment of just cashed winnings. I will never return.

We love it here! Very large gaming floor and very nice hotel rooms. We'll definitely be back!

We had a good experience with the hotel, it was nice and clean. However we were very disappointed playing in the casino, lost 200$ in a heartbeat, then on top of that we went to have supper at the buffet..for 2 people it cost us 50.77$ and the food was shitty. It was the 1st time there and frankly not sure we will be coming back.

My cousins and aunt and uncle stayed at this establishment the last two days of their stay in Tulsa.. I was born and raised in Tulsa, I'm very disappointed to find out that they were harassed and profiled.. More specifically my cousin's youngest child.. It speaks to the sad reality that even in this establishment that are supposed to welcome diverse groups of people... They are still treated as second class citizens.. You will never get my business.

There to cheap take your money downstream is so much better this place is in debth so taking your money. To get it paid they will take your money we go a few times and have players card only got 1 free room all the times we have been we used to lobe it here but there tight now we will drive 1 hour away to go somewhere else

We booked a room for my friend as a gift and when we went to check in they claimed they had given the room away because they had over booked the hotel. We even have a confirmation email guaranteeing our room for late check in. Not a single employee attempted to correct their mistake.
