Great place ! I live in california. When flying in to Tulsa or out of Tulsa. We always stop in Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Tulsa, Oklahoma. Good food and just fun fun fun.. Love that place...

I went here for a conference. My coworkers and I had a great time. The staff was really helpful and nice. This is my one of my top five places that I have been. I plan on coming back for a road trip with my friends.
My room was amazing, the buffet was delicious. However, the staff, everyone I encountered, was rude and disrespectful. I would be very unlikely to return or recommend to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Have visited TWICE and both times dealt with unprofessional staff!! The first time was housekeeping, the second was TWO people working at the front desk!!!! I was in tears the second time because they were so hateful to us!! We had planned on spending our anniversary staying at the hotel and playing a few hundred dollars at the casino. Horrible horrible hotel! EXTREMELY dirty, bad customer service. We had several mishaps on our ONE night stay and all they offered is was $20 off. After the experience we had they should not have charged us for our room.
Enjoyed coming to this location, it's changed a lot since the last time I was here...it's roomy & love the country singers portraits on the ceiling...nice place to visit :-)
