The best concert venue of all. I always love photographing and reviewing bands there.

Not been impressed the last few times I've gone. And heaven forbid you have an issue becasue they will not do anything about it.
First time through Oklahoma, Hall of Famers at the CLE Hard Rock. Called to ask if they'd transfer our comped dinners which they can't since they're not connected, ok, understood. Asked if they'd accommodate us for dinner if we stopped in to visit & play awhile on our way home, the host was almost incredulous that I'd ask, said I needed to come play and he'd "evaluate my play" to see if he could offer us dinner (uhm, how much should I lose to be considered worth it? ) Really?? I have to say, the management and staff in every area was over the top when it came to courtesy and professionalism. I've stayed in all three towers, very luxurious. A note to those gold & black cards: something that's not very well known. Even if you don't play golf you can go to the star rewards desk in the casino and get a $75.00 voucher that you can purchase items in the golf pro shop with. You don't have to wait every quarter too use it either, one every 24 hours. For a black card thats four/year. = $300.00 if you don't... read more
