The only complaint I have is the time response on the floors to get drinks . There have been on more than one occasion that no one ever came around to get a drink order We had to go look for someone Then when we do order it takes sometimes 45 mins or longer for them to return with order!

Been here three times. Really wanted to like it. Web site said live music at center bar at 9. All three times we sat till after 10 and no live music. My assumption is they are trying to sell moredrinks by lying. False advertising. I'm over it. Unfortunately I'm severely dissappinted. Not likely to ever go back

Staying at Hard Rock Biloxi now, love it. This is our first time staying here, usually stay at the Beau. We definitely will stay here again.

Had my son so I didn't gamble but the free birthday dinner at the Satisfaction Buffet was awesome. The best crab legs we've had in a long time.

Best Hotel and Casino I've been to thus far. The view from our hotel room was spectacular!! Beautiful rooms. Amazing casino. Fantastic food! All around wonderful experience!!

I wish I could give this zero stars. My husband and I spend a lot of money to eat and stay at the casino to attend their Halloween festivities. After spending several hours putting on my costume and face paint, we were told that we could not enter the venue with my face painted. The costume policies were not posted anywhere and the staff could not give an explanation of the policies or how much facepaint you could have on. I now remember why I stopped going to the Hard Rock. I go there to stay in the hotel, eat at the buffet, and gamble my hard earned money and get nothing in return. The Hard Rock sent me coupons for the hotel on the 13th. I called on the 14th to make reservations, but surprise the rooms aren't free anymore. They said we have a room rate for you. Well screw you Hard Rock. You can stop sending me anything. I never win there, your employees are not friendly and now this. That confirms my initial belief. Hard Rock doesn't deserve... read more

Celebrated our 10yr anniversary here. Room 1010 Platinum Tower..... Amazing! Amazing room and Amazing view! Satisfaction Buffet was delicious. Loved all the music playing in the halls and the parking deck. So many wonderful details throughout the whole place.... so much to look at. We will definitely return!
