Had a great time this past weekend! Can't wait to see the pictures that where taken at the bar after Breaking Benjamin played! Only down fall was the fire alarm going off at 4am
I have stayed here many times, most recently my girlfriends and I went there for my bachelorette trip. We had a blast the whole time and the Boogie Nights scene was amazing! Keep on rocking y'all
Total lack of urgency from the staff. If you are not a double platinum player then don't plan on getting any kind of customer service.
Don't plan on using your meal comps unless your have three hours to stand in line while they allow all of the double platinum members through ahead of your "ordinary" players card. At hard rock you are second class citizens unless you are a platinum.
We were overall pretty happy with the experience but the buffett was not worth the money and we could not find a waitress anywhere to get us drinks so my husband went to find one and when he did the waitress told us we couldnt have a drink until we sat down and played when we had already been there playing 3 hours.
We just went to the cafe and wow Michael and Alicia were great!! Had great cucumber margaritas that were delicious!! We had a great experience here!!
Enjoyed the food and customer service. Especially loved the hidden in plain sight parking area for locals! I hate driving through a crowded garage looking for a parking space.
We had a wonderful experience here. Great room, sunset, and the cookies are to die for! :-)
To much tobacco smoke can't hardly breath in the gaming area! Buffet is terrible made us sick and quality of food very low.
