First I must say that we have stayed at the Hard Rock Biloxi before and all was fabulous. This time however, we are on the 10th floor overlooking the cooling towers, the are painting the hallway on our floor so we walk over drop clothes in morning. We have been understanding that there are inconveniences that happen. We have had a problem with maid service. Yesterday a maid didn't show up until 330 and we were using the room. I booked the Platinum Tower Hard Rock & Casino in Biloxi to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday & we LOVED IT!!! It's beautiful here! Everyone was very polite and helpful when needed! Words cannot express how much fun we had and how beautiful this place is! We're most definitely coming back!

We played a few games, had some fun..it's a little over priced aka the gift shops, but all hard rocks are..we had a great time checking out the guitars and p.js hanging around tho..I'll go back for the gambling..maybe that Bob Marley Shirt..
I visited your establishment on 9/10/16 and I ate at the cafe, food was wonderful. I didn't have much luck on the machines tho!!! I enjoyed myself!!
I had a wonderful time at this casino the staff was great. I ate at the buffet and enjoyed the variety. I still returned to work Monday so no big winner here, but great experience. Thanks
I found that it's not as CLEAN as the others casinos I've been to. The bathrooms all had toilets that weren't flushed and also the floors were sticky in every bathroom. I'm sry but they were.. other than that. We enjoyed our visit.. from now on, we're faithful to the nuggett where it's clean and fresh!
