Best Hotel ever. Will be our go to hotel even time we come to Biloxi. The rooms are awesome and shower is unbelievable!!!!
- first time coming. I had an amazing time. Winners really do play there! The only casino that I won. The rooms are awesome, the people are respectful and the atmosphere was perfect. They treated me like royalty. By far the best casino in Biloxi. Rock on hard Rock.!!!
We come down at least once a month, love the Hard Rock! Our favorite restaurant is 24/7 Grill! Always hot good food, & good service!

What do you do you receive when signing up for a players card?
I planned a birthday trip (may2 & may 3) and paid extra for the birthday package. We were not allowed to check in our room until 6pm... 2 hours late (hotels fault). The birthday package came with access to the gym in which we were not able to use due to our late check in. The birthday cake was not delivered until the next night after 8pm! What was once my favorite casino on the Gulf Coast, is now the worst casino in my eyes and I'll never play spend another dime of my money there until the service improves. The food is horrible, the customer service is horrible, and the gifts and free play are close to nothing. Get it together Hard Rock.
