I called about room rates for Wednesday (10/7/15) and inquired about how much a room would be. The employee laughed and said, "high". Although she did give me a quote for a room, I felt that was very rude. Also, I left this post on your page originally, but it seems to have been deleted. That's fine, I'll just leave my comment here. I give you guys 1 star. Every time I've visited, you've treated me like a rock star, but the way you handled this was very disappointing.

Staying in a great hotel in a beautiful room but haven't slept the whole night because our roomneighbours were running their TV very loud - so sad! Hopefully the next night will be silent!

Horrible service! Hard Rock does not value it's customers at all! They act like they could care less if you are there or not. Reservations are not even for platinum card members and rooms are dirty! ! Worst service I have experienced in a long time!
