Don't play here!!!! You won't win and will leave with your pockets empty. There are far better choices in the area. Played here for 3 days straight and never once hit on anything, worse payouts for any casino I have ever seen and I've played in NV, PA, OR, NJ, LA, CA, MD, MS, and DE. Would not recommend this place at all!
RecommendedI couldn't give it enough stars I had a mix up with my reservation so they upgraded me to the sky suite free of charge and refunded me 2 nights so I enjoyed a 3 night trip For the price of one and enjoyed a hotel room I could imagine , such an awesome place the staff was nice and really went out of there way to take care of us , will defiantly be back
I am playing near online roulette I was betting number 15 for 20 consecutive times when it hitted my bet disappeared and the lights were blown and it is automatically turned for the next bet without any service done to the machine. I complained this about they didn't check the cameras located there they told me take your voucher out ,If you doesn't want to play . I am double platinum player over there I am going to complain this about the gaming commission I need all of your support to win this battle against them.
This is the first time I have been here and I can honestly say this will not be the last. Wade in member services was so funny and helpful. He made my family feel so special cause we were all new to the Casino. And Dustin in the Hard Rock Cafe was very funny. He put up with all of our crew and had us laughing the whole night. We absolutely love this place. Keep up the great customer service.

Don't leave your valuables in your room, my brother did and they stole money and credit cards. Management said we don't believe you, my brother is a 20 year vet and doesn't need to be treated this way, no one does.
I've never been treated so poorly. Will never go back to this one!
I had my first experience gambling, I played blackjack and I had the time of my life, the staff are wonderful, and I have learned, and I really like this casino!
