Very disappointed in this place. We were seated right away, however our server did not even come to our table for at least 15 mins. When she did come she did not even take our drink order but told us she would be right with us and she would bring us water. 10 mins later we had water and we went ahead and placed our order because we didn’t think we would be able to get it in if we let her walk away again. 45 mins later we were still waiting on our food. I’ve been to other hard rock cafes and this one by far was the worst! For starters the place was exceptionally hot inside and being seated next to the kitchen only made it worse. The food was ok but for the price it was subpar. I had ordered a beer which took almost 15 minutes to get from the bar. The waitress was trying really hard to make our dining experience great and she kept apologizing from the start. But for the lack of her trying the experience overall was terrible. I’m reading these reviews and feel bad that some people had a bad experience. My experience was great. Loved my waitress. Very attentive and made sure our drinks were full. We got steak and salmon at our table. All was great. Broccoli could have used maybe 2 more minutes of cooking but that is just preference. Everything was great. I really really enjoyed the MTV 80’s videos the most. Took me back in time to some of the greatest music in my time. Fun times were had by all.

This is by far the worst HRC I’ve ever been to. The waitress was spacey. Marissa. Seemed upset that we didn’t get the souvenir glass. What does she get a spiff on them or what? The ribs were cold. They mashed potatoes were dry and cold. Had to ask several times for items. Such a shame.
They shrunk the cheese burgers. I’ve had a lot of cheese burgers at Hard Rocks around the globe. However, the size of this one was nothing to write home about.
