It was awful! The music was too loud and we had our five year old with us for a nice family lunch but they had drag queens there smh my first bad experience at a Hard Rock Cafe

I love all Hard Rock Cafe Bars and the Dallas one is nice and has friendly and professional staff.
Need to have efficient AC in a restaurant. So warm that our salad started wilting as we ate the hot food first. Salad was served with meal. The food was good though. Menu is not the same as most, and we could not order our regular. Staffeasfriendly and covered each other. They did mention they were understaffedwhen we were seated, but we did not notice :) Gift shop girls were very friendly, even though they were pretty miserable in the heat as well. Service was great, food was good. I’d definitely come back.
It was clean and nice environment. But there was only 1 waiter for like 6-8 tables when majority of them were big parties; so the wait time was long. However the staff were super nice!
RecommendedI am so glad we went to the Dallas Hard Rock!After reading other reviews I was really nervous about trying the Dallas location, but we had the best server and the food was perfect! We were seated right away and it was a great table. Our food and drinks came quickly and the server was above and beyond anything I was hoping for!!!
