Everything was great however very disappointed that I parked in the parking lot directly behind it in which there is a sign advising that the restaurants will validate the parking but they would not!!! Pricy parking!!!
Service is good but a bit slow during the day time. Food is good but the menu selection isn’t very large. The drink menu on the other hand is huge and has some very tasty options

Very run down! Rude and indifferent staff! Dirty bathroom... small merchandise shop with misrepresentation of sale items.. not at all a good look for Hard Rock! I travel the country and have been to multiple Hard Rock locations to include Canada and this one in Dallas needs a good corporate and managerial make over! Great food! Great bartender!
Absolutely horrible experience. We had to wait 30 minutes due to not having a reservation. And then they seated us at a table that had been empty since we walked thru the door. They were not busy. The entire restaurant stayed half empty the whole time we were there. Services was terrible all our drinks stayed empty almost entire time we were there. Definitely will not be returning.
