Service great. Gentleman did a good job making sure drinks full very polite. Burger sent back twice. First time wrong second time was ice cold raw center cheese couldn’t even melt.
RecommendedI think it’s weird that you have this place open at 11am and then when you check in for a table they tell you there is a 30 minute wait even though they just opened. The host said we have to wait because the servers haven’t showed up yet.... ok so then why open at 11 if you have no servers ??? You should have your waiting staff here before opening !!

RecommendedThe food is fantastic and the service is great but it's not exactly a church.
I have been to Hard Rock Cafe's all over the world, and make it a point to visit when I am in a new place. However this one had no atmosphere, slow service, and just in general wasn't fun....it was like any other generic restaurant. I think this is the first one where I didn't buy a souvenir glass. I have come to expect more, and the experience was very disappointing.
