Horrible service .. server was never around , when he was he was sitting and talking with another customer. There was no one else but my family and that other table so no way he was “too busy”. He also went outside to talk to someone in a car and stayed out there forever.. I had to finally yell to get his attention to get us more drinks. Food also took forever... this was our first visit to. Hard Rock Cafe, not sure we will be returning
I visited on Sunday, April 15 and bought the store two shirts and they gave me a plastic bag and I looked at other customers with a hard rock paper bag and they gave me a plastic bag if my purchase was more than $ 50 a meal It was good and the bartender took good care of me only the store bothers me
I had the New pulled pork sandwich ! I don't recommend it! it was nasty! My wife had the chicken nuggets, they were very good!
First timers. Had a really good waiter, food was great and made exactly the way we ordered.
Food was horrible, came out cold and the waitress was M.I.A. Drinks were way overpriced and would not recommend to my worst enemy!
The hostess did not know where to seat us. We ordered our food and i waited 30 min for a salad. Then waited another 30 min for the meal. One of the waiters dropped fries on the floor next to our table and it took them 20 min to pick it up (after 10 people walkes by). When we finally got our food it was only warm. For $150 I would’ve hoped our food would have been better. We ordered burgers for goodness sake! My daughter’s was burnt but she choked down half of it, mine and my husband’s was mediocre at best. If I wanted crap, I’d have gone to a fast food place. The waiter was on crack or something, he was off. Not once were we offered refills and we were there a looonnnggg time! Had a ladies night out with 5 of my girlfriends and we had great service. Our food and drinks were both delicious and our server was very nice. He did a great job!
Great ambiance!! Great, friendly service!! Awesome food and outstanding music!!
