Food was good but the service was bad, the place wasn't full at all and it took forever to get our drinks and food. kept seeing our server just hanging out at the front visiting!
Our waiter was awesome as was the lady who was training with him! We really enjoyed the food, drinks, and wait staff and we are already making plans to return!
Worst food we’ve EVER had! Burgers were burnt. I ordered an alcoholic drink and it had no alcohol! Waitress was nowhere to be found! Prices were to high for what we got! Honestly...Whataburger would have been better. We can cross this place off our list.
This was one of the best experiences in my life in a long long time. The staff here were simply wonderful, the food was amazing, and the music was on point! Having a chronically ill kiddo life can become repetitive and sometimes it is nice to just shake it up a bit. Let me tell you the staff here sure helped us do that. Great service and very delicious food! I hadn't been to the Hard Rock Cafe in so long and decided to go here for my birthday. I loved it!!!
The rock shop was a little small. Not a lot of options to pick from.
Food was okay. Service was good. We love Hard Rock Café but hate this new location. Loved the old court house a much better!
Slow service, mediocre at best food and ridiculously overoriced. $100 for 4 people to have chicken strips and burgers? Have not been that disappointed by an experience in a long long time. Run don't walk away from this place.
Nice friendly place and my server Holly was awesome.
