The service was awful. Our server as well as the gift shop employees were rude. The food was pretty good though.

Hard Rock Cafe Dallas had the best, most juiciest salmon, and tastiest cheeseburgers in all of Dallas!!!!! Our waitress Jasmine is the friendliest and most courteiest!!!! Fresh,got good best drinks! Kisses to the chefs and cooks and all the wonderful staff!!! Celebrating my friends birthday and his mother's home going service all today!!! May she RIP !!!
We always enjoy our Hard Rock experiences though we were not happy with the mojito. Out other drinks were awesome, food and service was very good too.
The food was overpriced but it was OK. Our waitress was rude. She took for ever to even come to our table even though she saw us (and no it was not busy). Then as she was passing out our tickets and my boy friend stuck his hand out to grab it she slapped it on the table. She also took forever to get our change and I think she just assumed it was gonna be her tip. Oh and she told me my Margarita was 5 bucks cheaper than what she charged me. The food, the atmosphere and the people were Amazing. I'll definitely go back when in Dallas again.
