Great ambiance and amazing waiter
Worst service we've ever had this weekend. Our waiter took our order, we waited over 30 minutes and he came to our table to tell us he'd "lost our order". Once he retook the order, we probably waited another 20 minutes before it arrived, and it wasn't complete. Our 8 year olds waited over an hour before their food arrived. No apologies, no comped food- this could have been handled WAY differently. We were really disappointed in our boys' first Hard Rock experience.
The service was great, food was great, but, the water was terrible!!! Please only serve filter or bottle water. Very clean establishment. 🎶🎼🥁🎸
Overpriced as usual but order came out wrong (not as ordered). Must've been short staffed because wait was 40+ mins for a table of 4. Ladies room was a wreck and most stalls had no tp:(.....the music videos were cool!
The people are super friendly and the food is fantastic!! One of my favorite places to eat.
The bartender told me to go pick a tree outside when I ask where was the restroom. I ordered a steak with grilled onions and he charge me extra for the grilled onions and guess what? No grilled onions. The steak was really good but the service not so much.
