The Wexford Volkswagen Chochran is completely incompetent. That includes the Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and my salesman **** *. Not a single one cam return a phone call or email that is until you file a complaint or leave a negative Google review. I emailed and called numerous time with no response. I had my 2012 Kia Sorento repaired at the Robinson Dealership. I needed a new engine that was being replaced. I was told that I would have a rental when the parts came in. They said that they would notify me when the parts came in. I was waiting for almost 3 weeks for a notification that never came. I am in the market for a car and found one at Cochran that was in transit. I was told that filling out the necessary paperwork would ensure the vehicle would be mine when it came in. I did this, spoke with the salesperson and was informed it was complete. A week before its arrival, I called to get a status report. I was told, unapologetically, by the salesperson that there was a mistake and the car had been sold. Two thumbs down on turn around time for auto service. Appointment time is not honor. The email stating time of appointment does not reflect time of when service will be truly rendered. Plus when you are asked when would be best time for you to pick up your car is also dismissed. Therefore, the written and verbal communications that #1 Cochran ****** of ***** Hills provides is for appointment time and availability of accommodations has no value. Unless you sit in their lobby and wait.
Borderline criminal behavior. My wife took her 4 yo Subaru Forester in for her inspection and emissions and one of her brand new tires had a screw in the tread. They tried to charge her $1000 for a brand new set of four tires. We took her car to ****** and they removed the screw with no issue. The ****************************** is a scam, and discriminative. I bought my 2013 VW CC Lux with ****** miles in because the engine light came on June 3, 2020 Prior to that my car had no other issues. They said it was a miss-fire and my coils needed to be replaced. They replace all four coils over $900.00 ****** said that everything looked good a complete diagnostic was done and it was good. My 20 year old son recently bought a used Audi S4 in Virginia, when he got it home it had a light on the dash so we took it to the Washington dealer; they had the car for over a month and in that time they never called my son to update him on the car, he had to chase them down to find out what was going on. Once they finally got the car fixed and put back together ($8500 later), they told him that some air ports would have to be fixed as well and that would cost another $1500, because they would have to pull the engine again... read more
What a waste of time! Seen a ******* that I was looking for and put $500 down payment to hold. Car came damaged off of delivery truck. Was still willing to accept but heard crickets about what Was happening. This was definitely the worst car buying experience of all.
