I had gone to the Butler Cochran Subaru Dealership with a relative looking to possibly purchase a used vehicle off of Lot1. We had looked at it a few days prior and wished to take it for a test drive but the vehicle wouldn’t start and the hood latch was stuck so the hood was not able to be opened. The Customer who wrote this is not the person that was interested or the person buying the car. However On Monday Mr ***** stopped in Monday to look at a preowned vehicle. At the current time the vehicle would not start and the hood would not open. We told the customer we will have our shop look at it right away. My son purchased a used Jeep from Cochran Nissan 30 days ago. They promised to fix the heating problem and have not. At finance we were told we had a 30 day to return the call. I have 12 calls in at the moment with NO call backs. They have the jeep and have yet to be able to fix or find the issue My son wants to cancel the sale and can't even get a straight answer to be able to 'return' the Jeep they have in service. I visited this dealer 2 weeks ago and let them know my credit union was financing me and starting looking a vehicles. When I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase they told me that is was on anther lot and that they would have it tomorrow. When I returned I was informed that the vehicle had been sold. I was upset but they told me that they had the same vehicle in a different color. I was ok with the color change and accepted the change. Customer did visit our store on multiple occasions. Customer was really wanting to utilize her credit union on the purchase of the vehicle. Because of the delays in getting this arranged, the vehicles she wanted kept getting sold to other customers as we do not hold vehicles awaiting possible financing. Due to these issues, when a vehicle was selected, we allowed her to drive it on a dealer plate while the financing was hopefully completed. After 10 years of outstanding service at Pittsburgh East Nissan in Wilkins I was extremely disappointed in what I received today by the newly acquired Cochran Nissan East. Do not expect the quality of service you received before. Actually do not expect anything- all my auto history is gone, they no longer provide the wonderful detailed quotes on repairs that PEN did, even most of the staff in service is gone. They didn't even bother to wash my car when finished! Very very disappointed.

#1 Cochran acquired the store just on Wednesday of this week. We certainly recognize anytime such a transaction occurs there will be a few rough spots. We are transitioning to a new computer system and will be downloading all prior service history. I’ve been emailing them about a car since Friday evening, it wasn’t even done in detailing yet but was told it would be available late Monday or Tuesday morning. My husband called as soon as they opened Monday morning and said he was on his way with the checkbook, and was told it would be there and available. He gets there and they sold the car out from under us even though he told them we were at least an hour away!!! Would never ever recommend this dealership! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Apparently they do not negotiate the price on used cars at all. Kevin and Billy were both aggressive and disrespectful. They cut me off while I was speaking, they disregarded any thoughts I had on the situation, and Kevin raised his voice at me when I was trying to get an understanding as to why the business does not negotiate prices on cars. He tried to say that buying a used car is the same as buying something at WalMart or Sears, because you don't negotiate the prices there. I would... read more

I got rid of a vehicle I had purchased from them that had an added gap protection plan. i went to their dealerahip and filed paper work need to get refunded for the plan and still have not gotten refund. i have called multiple times and also sent emails and have not heard anything from them. i have been waiting since 2nd week of Oct. Worst customer service I have ever received. I wish I could give zero stars for the experience I had. I took my vehicle in for a simple repair. In the process of the repair, they damaged my vehicle. I told them they needed to fix the part that they damaged. They eventually replaced the damaged part and in the process got grease all over both of the front seats of my vehicle. The service manager refused to return my calls or emails (and was extremely rude every time I had to deal with him). It took over a month of constant ph... read more

My husband and I tried to call the sales department at #1 Cochran Mazda in Wexford to inquire about a used Mazda. We wanted to ask if the car was still available before we drove over an hour to get there. The car was rated as EXCELLENT on their website so we figured it may go fast. It took 5 calls to speak to someone. The receptionist repeatedly transferred us to voicemails in that she said she had no ability to look up the i.d. number for the car to verify if it was still on the lot!
