Took vehicle in for two non significant repairs 1 Shift linkage 2 Smell of gas in cabin w/ check engine light. Was charge 3 hrs total labor @ 120/hr 2 hrs for issue 1 1 hr for issue 2. Quote to repair was $1905 for issue 1 and 970 for issue 2. Seemed excessive so took to independent repair facility first for issue 1 they adjusted linkage for $149. Recognize that a repair can be done by an independent shop but our technicians are factory trained specific to the vehicle and work on multiple of them daily. I have to trust and stand behind a VW Master technician for the complete proper way.

I bought a used Buick Regal. Was assured very dependable and no issues with car. Sales manager was very good at selling what later turned to be he was just trying to make a sale. Last visit noted was December 6, 2019 and was 3/4 quart low after approx. 1,500 miles driven. Happy to look at vehicle again as has been 4 months since last check.
I found what they said was a NEW 2019 Traverse on their website that was about 3K less that everywhere else. I drove 6 hours to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. They told me over the phone that the vehicle had a factory installed tow hitch, when I showed up it did not. There was a dent on the passenger side door, sales manager told me that it came from the factory like that and every new car on the lot had dents from the factory. My ex formerly worked for this company, and we bought a car together... a year later after buying the car.. his uncle who is a finance manager & a well known salesmen at the company made changes to my title and registration information without my knowledge or consent a year later after we had broke up! The lien Holder has me listen on their paper work that I am on the title but the changes were sent over to the DMV fraudulently ! I will never buy a car from there again! We pulled the file on this deal and this person was listed for the loan but not listed on the title (these are both decisions made by the parties involved and not us). We cannot change the title without the vehicle being refinanced and the parties assigned coming in and doing the paperwork again - this goes through the State of PA. The original documents were produced as the parties requested and again, there is no way we can change without proper documentation being redone through the State.
Its funny the rating by the BBB is A+ yet customer review is one star. After buying a fake certified Q50 i am of the opinion that at Cochran this is the culture. To big to fail and losing a few customers is not a big thing. After 8 months of owning this Q50 i have put it up for sale due to my lack of confidence since i also have a lack of communication since i was pushed out the door after the paper work was signed. No thank you. Cochran is all about money. They will fraud you and lie to you over their service. When it was west hills Nissan it was wonderful. I wish I could give Cochran negative stars, management is rude and arrogant. Never had an explanation on any questions I asked it was all crickets in their heads. Picked my car up and I left.
