I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Apparently they do not negotiate the price on used cars at all. Kevin and Billy were both aggressive and disrespectful. They cut me off while I was speaking, they disregarded any thoughts I had on the situation, and Kevin raised his voice at me when I was trying to get an understanding as to why the business does not negotiate prices on cars. I got rid of a vehicle I had purchased from them that had an added gap protection plan. i went to their dealerahip and filed paper work need to get refunded for the plan and still have not gotten refund. i have called multiple times and also sent emails and have not heard anything from them. i have been waiting since 2nd week of Oct. Worst customer service I have ever received. I wish I could give zero stars for the experience I had. I took my vehicle in for a simple repair. In the process of the repair, they damaged my vehicle. I told them they needed to fix the part that they damaged. They eventually replaced the damaged part and in the process got grease all over both of the front seats of my vehicle. My husband and I tried to call the sales department at #1 Cochran Mazda in Wexford to inquire about a used Mazda. We wanted to ask if the car was still available before we drove over an hour to get there. The car was rated as EXCELLENT on their website so we figured it may go fast. It took 5 calls to speak to someone. After watching the wonderful commercial about certified pre-owned vehicles, I visited their website on W. Liberty Ave. found a car --called in the morning and they assured me that it was still available . Drove there only to be told it was sold on Saturday....The salesman Joshua R*** was the most ignorant salesperson I have ever met. I had a terrible experience at Cochran infiniti south hills I will never return and make sure I tell my friends not to. After changing my mind on a car, I got voicemail from the salesman stating that it was "********" and I the fact that I hadn't returned his call from the previous day was "********". UNACCEPTABLE.

In my personal experience and having dealt with this location for 7 months and having my QX60 having to go through Lemon Law, I have found that this location will not care for the customer. They will blame everything on Infinity so they do not have to deal with problems that arise. The person I had to deal with will not call you back and everyone in the company knows of this problem and they of course could care less. Same as the service that I have received. Customers vehicle does not qualify for lemon law. There was an issue with a rattle and because of the difficulty in finding a rattle it took a few visits but it was found and fixed. Customer did receive compensation from Infiniti for the vehicle being down an extended period of time and #1 Cochran provided a significant discount on the trailer hitch. I had a horrific experience with Cochran of South Hills Hyundai. My car had to be serviced due to an engine recall. My engine stopped functioning. The turbo engine for my Sonata was on back order. I wrote an item list of Cochran fixing 2 recalls, a broken power lock, a non functioning paddle/manual shifter, state inspection and emissions. Cochran had my car for just over 60 days. Vehicle was towed in due to an engine recall and we had to wait 60 days to get an engine from the manufacturer. We could not do the diag as asked because the vehicle did not run. We could not inspect the vehicle because the battery had to disconnected to replace the engine which resets the Emission monitors. After replacing the motor we did diagnose the vehicle, and customer stated he had an extended warranty which we did not have information on, nor the customer.
