They kept our car for a month plus, did not provide a loaner until after we had to rent a car for a week, and did not communicate with us in any meaningful way. Loaner was obtained after escalated phone call to one of the company directors, who told us "one was coming back that day" and then they just pulled a car off the lot to placate us. We have a 2011 GMC Terrain that has some issues. They did things to it, but many of the issues are persisting. This is for Cochran ************* Pa.Mr Rob Cochran I did not realize that your company was flush with cash to be able to treat your Service Customers in such a manner to call them a name annoying yes your manager **** used that name for myself and my wife. Went to the dealership for one specific issue. They took it upon themselves to go over the entire vehicle and say thst there is ***** in repairs such as 4 whell drive was broke had it checked by another mechanic it's fine had new exhaust done they told me it was bad wrong agsin. They also did this to someone I am close to so that they can scare u into a new vehicle telling u it's unsafe to drive when infact it's a false statement so be ***** with them like I said they said ***** and my other mechanic checked all the stuff th... read more

They advertise loaner vehicles. I’ve made a call and was informed they had them which prompted me to schedule an appointment for them to say they don’t give loaner cars . This is stated all over their website and through workers<br /> <br /> <br />

I purchased a 2018 ****** Rogue in 2021 as a Certified Preowned Vehicle. November 2023, car wouldn't start - got a new battery from AAA but problem persisted. Had alternator checked at ***** who stated not the issue and go to dealer. Dealer kept car for three days, never fixed the problem but suggested it could be battery terminal. This was the only time I spoke with him as he would only communicate via text. Finally got car back $285 out my pocket and he was no where to be found to explain what was going on. Beware of these people. Bought a 2019 dodge ram, used. Also got a bumper to bumper warranty. Took truck in for inspection, needs front struts at a price tag of 1600, of course warranty wont cover. Truck only has ****** miles. **** a lawyer to read fine print. Warranty cost almost 2000.******** said covers everything even head lights, sure. Think long and hard before dealing with these guys, read some of the other reviews!

The salesman was great but the office screwed up multiple things and its been months now trying to fix issues with no legal registration. They are not friendly and dont answer the phone to you. They are ok treating customers like dirt and not doing job the way they should.

Purchased a 2015 yukon Denali from#1 cochran gmc in Monroeville a few months back! Sun roof leaks , they keep saying they tested it and it doesnt when theres and whole forum concerning this issue! Also transmission is shifting oddly that showed me a video of the fluid being black but they say its not burnt! They claim the transmission needs updates and transmission flush! i asked why wasnt that done before they sold the vehicle! the response i got was that the transmission fluid got that dark in the 10,000 miles that ive use... read more
