Ive taken my car to this service department multiple times. Each time, they keep my car for multiple days because they just didnt look at, even with an appointment scheduled every time, and they always try to make you pay for things you dont need or recently had replaced. My main complaint is that I got my battery replaced here at the end of August 2023. I got my car back after 3 weeks of sheer frustration and the inconvenience of being without a car with Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville. I dropped my car off on 8/23. The dealership service department gave me conflicting stories on what the issue was with my car. At one point the service clerk wanted to give me the part number to help with finding that piece to repair my car. How insane is THAT! I don’t see how you can rate them with an A+ there is no truth in advertising with this company. They are actually false advertising and admitted to it. I recently scheduled a 30,000 mile service. There are about 20 items listed on the website that are included in the 30,000 mile service. They preformed 3 of the items mostly just an oil change. I paid $570.00. They kept our car for a month plus, did not provide a loaner until after we had to rent a car for a week, and did not communicate with us in any meaningful way. Loaner was obtained after escalated phone call to one of the company directors, who told us "one was coming back that day" and then they just pulled a car off the lot to placate us. Went to the dealership for one specific issue. They took it upon themselves to go over the entire vehicle and say thst there is ***** in repairs such as 4 whell drive was broke had it checked by another mechanic it's fine had new exhaust done they told me it was bad wrong agsin. They advertise loaner vehicles. I’ve made a call and was informed they had them which prompted me to schedule an appointment for them to say they don’t give loaner cars . This is stated all over their website and through workers<br /> <br /> <br />

I purchased a 2018 ****** Rogue in 2021 as a Certified Preowned Vehicle. November 2023, car wouldn't start - got a new battery from AAA but problem persisted. Had alternator checked at ***** who stated not the issue and go to dealer. Dealer kept car for three days, never fixed the problem but suggested it could be battery terminal.
