First time at Hampton Toyota for oil change, you are greeted as soon as you pull up, great service, throughly professional personnel. It was a totally different experience. They had some recommendations for my truck. Awesome!
We had a great experience with Hampton Mitsubishi. Our sales lady Michelen Segura was very helpful and did a great job without being pushy.
I think that they have to back up what they sell. They are all so helpful in the beginning then things change. I brought my car in to the service dept. in February,(knowing the I had a trip to the mountains coming up) it had a light coming on that was the power train. They told me they couldn't find anything wrong. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee, but I refused, so I guess they got me back. Brought my uncle's car to get the dash changed with warranty. They changed it fast, repaired the air bag and stuff under the dash with missing bolts and screws with no cost. Just got a phone call today from toyota hampton asking if there's any problems with the car. Completely satisfied your service!
