I had the best experience at Hampton! I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. It really was hassle free. After test driving, we literally reached an agreed upon price in 5 minutes!! Matt MCCann is the absolute best salesman and Charles Boatman in finance is super personable and such a pleasure to talk to. This was my first time ever considering switching over from Nissan to Toyota!! And I'm happy I decided to try something different. So -my husband's van went in to Hampton for repair on Monday and was pick up that same day, he latch to his glovebox was broken, when he called them the service rep said they had to use a screwdriver to get into the glovebox - my husband opened it the day before. Now - we are calling out his everyday this week and no one will call us back - I know they did not need to get into the glove box for tires and alignment! Not a happy customer!
My wife and I went in for normal, routine maintenance. We were greeted at the service entrance with a hug and a handshake, and a big smile. We sat down in customer service and enjoyed a good cup of coffee. It was busy, and the waiting area was almost full. In no time at all, we were greeted again by Chris, and his big smile. The car was ready and waiting for us! It couldn't have been any better.
