My car was affected by the flood. I was in a rental for a little over a month wasting money! I went to Hampton & Craig Alemand made sure I left in a vehicle that I love and in the monthly note price range. Also, told personal life stories that made me see life in a different light. He even took time to help me get my rental back to Hertz! The experience was greatly appreciated! I will definitely refer people. All of the employees were so nice overall!
My boyfriend and I had been talking about purchasing a new car for some time now. Yesterday, 11/12/16 We decided we were going to go shop around and look at what was out there. Our first stop was Hampton Toyota. Our sales person was Mechelen. Very nice and helpful. Answered all our questions, we test drove what we liked and next thing you know We leaving with our Brand New 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! The process was very satisfying and Mechelen was so very hepful!! Thank You Mechelen!!
Horrible! Brought my Tundra in because USV light came on. I was called at home with the price to fix it. I digested that amount and then was called back by the same person & told a lesser amount. I was excited by the lesser amount. When I went in to pick up my truck it was the higher amount I was told. The clerk says I don't know why I would have told you that lesser amount. I purchased a used vehicle from Hampton Toyota in June 2016. I loved it so much I agreed to purchase it even before it went through the cleaning/diagnostic check stages. Unfortunately, 2 months later I had to bring it to a different dealership for maintenance and had to pay quite a bit for their negligence in checking the most common things in a used vehicle. Mr Chai Phumsorn worked endlessly until I was in the vehicle of my dreams! He gave me the confidence to purchase a vehicle knowing I'd have the peace of mind with the reliability and comfort with anything I chose.
