I bought my Chevy Cruze from Hampton and I worked with both Russell Zay and Tyler E. Sittig and they were amazing!! They really helped me get the car that I wanted and helped me stay in my price range and were super patient with me. Awesome people!!!

Service department is absolutely a joke. Every time I bring my car over here for a oil change they break something else on my car. They have ripped a gaskets, broken 4 lug nuts and rods, and multiple other things. Brought my car in for an oil change and a patch on a tire and they took four hours to do it and then I get home and read the service report. They didn't even fix my tire and expected me to come back and sit another couple of hours to have something fixed that was suppose to be fix the first time. Terrible customer ... read more
Carly Hampton was such a pleasure to work with when purchasing my new 4Runner.....She made it such a fun and positive experience! Carly found the exact vehicle I was hoping for at a reasonable price. I don't know that I have ever received the level of customer service she provided. I would certainly send any friend or family member looking to buy a vehicle to her!
We have purchased 3 new Toyotas from Hampton. I called about a problem with my front bumper, made appointment, went in, someone looked at it for less than a minute and told me I needed to take it to a body shop, the bumper needed to be changed out. I took it to Bobby's Paint and Body shop, they looked at it, decided they could fix it in about 10 minutes. They fixed it in about 8 minutes, didn't charge me.
