This was the first time I ever went to Hampton Toyota. Had no plans on buying a vehicle from them. My wife and I met Brian Vidrine who was our sales rep for the day. He was knowledgeable about their vehicles and very patience since we drove just about ever type of vehicle the had. My wife and I had a great time shopping, driving, laughing with Brian. Horrible customer service in the service department. Lady I dealt with had a nasty attitude and was very dismissive like she was doing me a favor. All I went in for was a recall and rented and Camry for a few hours. Was lied to about the price over the phone when I scheduled it. Was even told with a nasty attitude the cars on full, fill it up before you bring it back. But the car wasn’t on full. I filled it up anyway. Been waiting on a simple answer from the service manager since November, decided to call toyota myself and got an answer in less than 5 minutes, still waiting on a call back from Tom for other issues, we bought 3 vehicles from there since june 2013, and the service was ok in the beginning, but since Charley took a different position it has been terrible, for some reason they can’t seem to put the bolts back in properly that hold the skid plate on my tundra, multiple times including now there is only one bolt holding it in pl... read more

The service is the main reason I sold my highlander and went for Audi. I brought my sister’s vehicle for 10K service today. I had the appointment at 2:30PM. However, it is freezing day so I brought the vehicle to the shop at 1:00 pm. They still make me wait until 2:30PM. That’s my fault because I brought my car early. I thought that I will have priority service after 2:30PM but still waiting for hours for it. People don’t have appointment still waiting the same length. So the worst of the worst.
