Brought my car in for service today and had money taken out of my console. It’s not like it was laying out in the open. I haven’t had any issues up until this. It’s sad that you can’t trust people.😡
They're crooks. Go somewhere else. Musson Patout in New Iberia is close. Go there if you need a Toyota. Go to Hampton if you wanna get screwed.
Recommendedgreat service. here to get my car fixed cause it wasn’t starting. they told me that they didn’t have my battery in stock i asked if another location had it cause i need my car (i’m not old enough for a rental) they sent someone to another location to get my battery. i’m very impressed with them!! they’re always so friendly.

Hampton Toyota got me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. Chris White was our salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful! He stayed with us until 8pm on a Saturday afternoon to get us our new car!! We will definitely be using Chris and Hampton Toyota in the future! Great service!

Over priced, horrible customer service and they want to charge you to fix issues that should be covered under the extended warranty I purchased and have never used. I have bought vehicles there to find parts missing afterwards and they wouldn’t replace the parts.
Went to Hampton Toyota last Monday Mr. Eric Adam’s was my salesman. He made the process very easy and painless. He took his time explaining everything to me about the car, was very thorough. I would definitely recommend going see him if your in the market for a new car he is awesome. I’ve had my car for a week and im absolutely in love.
