Michelen and the staff at Hampton are fabulous. Not only did they ensure we understood all the terms etc, but when I was unable to make it the day to pick up my vehicle, Michelen drove it all the way to New Orleans and delivered it to my house. Talk about red carpet service!!!!!! I felt valued and that my purchase was just more than just another “sale”. I felt like family. Well done y’all.
Needed only a wheel balance today. Arrived at 9:30am. Waited. At 1:15pm asked them if the car was finished. The car never even made it into the shop, then had the nerve to wanting to reschedule and to set up an appointment next weekend. Lack of communication with the customer. Ridiculous!
BEWARE: If you buy a vehicle and get season tickets, make sure you follow up with them. We didn't receive anything in the mail as promised. We already missed the first game of the football season. There are only 5 games, and we missed 1. When we called to speak to Ryan Bourque and Jami Cormier, they told us that "someone" should have called us. We did not notice a call. If "someone" called us, they certainly did not leave a voicemail. I was hoping that they would apologize and change our tickets to baseball or next years foo... read more
The salesmen and staff at Hampton are consistently helpful and informative. We bought a family vehicle a couple years ago and continue to be impressed by the service team. We tell all our friends and family about Hampton! And Chai, he's our sales guy :)
