RecommendedJon and Adam were awesome! I went in after work when I saw a Grand Cherokee I wanted online. They gave me a good trade in for my vehicle and I left that night with my new ride! The detail crew had left for the day, so i came in on Good Friday and they got it sparkling! Beyond thrilled with the deal I got!
Last fall, I went to this dealership with my daughter. She wanted a Rav 4. There were only 3 on the lot to choose from. Instead, they tried to sell her a Outlander. My daughter insisted on the Rav 4 and had to have them order one. The vehicle is great and so my wife and I decided to shop for a Sequoia. When we arrived there, we were met by a salesman that told us that Toyota has not sent them any in some time. We still want to look at a Sequoia but I guess we have to go to another dealership.
They are absolutely no help after the point of sale. I will NEVER but another car from HT again!! I needed my car appraised, and they refused to do it. Not to mention the woman, Jaime, who I was told to speak to was extremely short, borderline rude, and absolutely no help. Extremely disappointed in their service and how they treat customers who have already given them business. Never again!
