RecommendedI recently bought a 2019 Tundra with Michelen Segura. She was very helpful with the purchase. She answered all my questions and pointed out other specifics about the truck. My experience with her at Hampton was a good one. Then I had a bug shield installed in the service dept. that went well also. They were courteous and kept me posted on the progress. We recently bought a new 2019 Outlander from here. We had purchased a 2009, had great service loved the car. Had the best salesperson, Chance Menard, help us with our purchase. I had questions and he answered all very plainly. He went with us on the test drive, and then after helped me program all of the electronics. I had left something in the car and he retrieved it for me. I have always liked it here but the personal assistance with everyone there a hugh difference. All I gotta say is Chris Trahan the mechanic and Mr.Scott from the service department are the dream team. Just when I thought all Hope was lost for my old 1995 Toyota 4 runner they took care of me. GIVE THEM A RAISE PLEASE!! If I could of tipped them each $100 I would of. :) They pointed out a few things that I didn’t even realize were wrong with my truck. Horrible service, have damaged a car twice.
Their shop employees have repeatedly damaged vehicles in their shop and refused to fix them or replace the damage. When a vehicle goes into a shop with certain damages that need to be repaired or just a tire rotation etc..the vehicle gets back to its owner with more damage than what it was sent with. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
